Ramadan Schedule, Timing and other news February and March 2025
Dear Respected DAS Parents, Staff, and Students,
اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ
InshaAllah you are well and in high state of iman.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for making yesterday’s Islamic Day and Fundraiser such a success. Special shout-outs and acknowledgement to our students for their outstanding performance, to our dedicated staff, our parents and other volunteers for your commitment and hard work . Your presence and support along with sponsoring, contributed significantly to the event’s success. May Allah richly reward all of you and Bless you in this life and the hereafter.
As we enter the Blessed month of Ramadan, I would like to draw your attention to the noble act of charity, one of the most honored deeds in Islam. Allah The Almighty encourages us in the Holy Quran: “Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He will multiply it for him, and he will have a noble reward?” [Sura Al Hadid Quran 57:11].
Your generous donations is crucial towards supporting students who require financial assistance. It is worth noting that your contribution is tax-deductible and holds great value for us. Moreover, as we are in the month of Ramadan, the rewards for charity are multiplied 70 times. Darul Arqam School qualifies for zakat providing you with an opportunity to fulfill this noble obligation.
If you wish to contribute to our school and support the students through a donation, you can donate by visiting our school website: www.darularqam.org or through Zelle using the school’s account: bot@darularqam.org. Please mention in the memo as Islamic day or Ramadan donation.
Once again, your continued support is instrumental in the success and growth of Darul Arqam School. May Allah reward you abundantly for your generosity and dedication to the education and well-being of our students.
Please note: The first day of Ramadan falls on Saturday March 1st instead of Friday Feb 28th as anticipated in the school calendar. As such, school will be in session on Friday Feb 28 and will be closed on Monday, March 3, 2025, to observe the break.
