Key Responsibilities
Our educators play an important role in molding the intellect and character of our students. Working with us you will:
- Curriculum Design and Implementation
- Deliver rigorous lessons that are commensurate with NJ learning standards, using the backward planning system.
- Document syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, rubrics, and more.
- Collaborate and Communicate
- Collaborate with department heads to institute specific instructional plans.
- Regularly share progress and data with stakeholders.
- Attend staff and departmental meetings and apply feedback to enhance teaching.
- Support Holistic Development
- Serve as homeroom teacher when assigned.
- Enable the students to achieve the high expectation in learning with the so-called Islamic atmosphere.
Qualifications
We are looking for educators who can fulfill the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or higher preferred
- Experience: Two years of teaching experience in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Certification: NJ teaching certification in a related field is preferred.
- Commitment to Diversity: A commitment to working with diverse populations of families and students.
