Midterm Exams Benchmark Schedule

Dear Respected Parents & Students,

Assalaamu alaikum. InshaAllah you are well and in high state of iman.

Attached is the Mid Term Exams/ Benchmark schedule that begins next Tuesday Jan 13 and ends Jan 16 2025. Please note that there are 2 exams each day starting at 8:15am and 10:15am.

For MS & HS, the Mid Term Exams are 2 hours and 30 minutes long and accounts for 10% of the overall grade for the subject in HS & MS. 

For Elementary School, students will sit for the Benchmark assessments in ELA and Math only. These assessments are of 90 minutes duration and accounts for 10% of students Quarter 2 grade.

It is therefore essential that your child is prepared and ready to take the assessments. The following suggestions are provided to assist in your child’s preparation:

1. A good nights rest
2. Protein rich breakfast
3. Arrive to school on time with all essential materials & supplies.
4. Students are permitted to have water and snack such as granola bar or fruit. No sandwiches.

PS: Dismissal for students is at 12pm during Midterms (Jan 13 – 16)
