Senior Graduation Count Down 2026

Dear Respected Parents and Seniors,

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

I hope this email finds you and your family in the best of health and highest Imaan. We are proud and excited to celebrate the graduation of our senior class as the countdown to this special milestone begins.

Your child’s graduation e-vite was sent. Please remember to RSVP as soon as possible.

In preparation for this joyous event, please take note of the following important information:

Guest Limit: This year, each graduate is permitted up to 7 guests (excluding the graduate).

Graduation Fee: A graduation fee of $100 is required. Please submit a check payable to Darul Arqam School to the school office at your earliest convenience.

Gown Distribution: Seniors may pick up their gowns on June 8, 2026.

Graduation Rehearsal: Graduation rehearsals will take place during the week of June 8–12, 2026. Attendance is mandatory for all seniors. 

Attendance Requirement: Students with excessive absences may be permitted to participate in the graduation ceremony and walk with their class; however, they may not meet the requirements for graduation and therefore may not receive a diploma until all graduation requirements have been fulfilled or agreed upon requirement for their absences. 

Outstanding Dues and School Property: Please ensure that all outstanding obligations are completed by Monday, June 8, 2026, including:

• Graduation fee
• Bake sale money
• Class hoodie payments
• Textbooks
• School-issued devices
• Any other school property

All items must be returned to the appropriate teacher or school office. Final transcripts will not be released or sent to colleges, universities, or other institutions until all outstanding dues have been paid and all school property has been returned. 

Senior Presentation and Yearbook Information: Please email Sister Asna and me the following:

• Baby photo
• Additional photos for the senior presentation and yearbook
• A short inspirational quote or message (1–2 sentences)

All submissions should be uploaded through Google Classroom or emailed.

Volunteers Needed:
We are seeking both parent and senior volunteers to assist with various graduation-related tasks before graduation day. Please contact us if you are available to help us for the week June 8th- 12, 2026.

Graduation Day Information

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026

Arrival Time: All seniors must arrive at the school by 11:00 AM.

Dress Code: Students must adhere to the school’s dress code policy as outlined in the Student Handbook. Girls: can wear long dress but white hijab (mandatory).

Return of Gowns: Graduation gowns must be returned to the homeroom teacher immediately following the ceremony. Graduates may keep their caps and tassels as a memento of this special occasion.

Graduation Program Information: Please submit the following information for the graduation program (an example has been posted on Google Classroom):
